Regarding the end freeze I tried one with AVI2DVD which also uses DVDAuthor with
the same result. I opened them in PgcEdit and noted that the Cell Still time of the last chapter was 255, changing it to zero fixed things, allowing my player to now shut off after I fall asleep.
