I've got probs with 120 too. After installation it refuses to start with an (in my case german) error message (rough translation): "Run-time Error 481: Invalid picture".
Previous versions worked ok, the error appears on 3 different PCs.

[Edit] Just found out that windows wants to replace some files in the Windows directory with the ones from the original XP-CD (after installation of AVS120). Then it works ok. So some ".dll" or other files you install there seem to be incompatible with some XP installations.
