I tried AVIAddXSub, and the subtitle quality is just ok.

But I decided to use MaestroSBT and Muxman using Emulgator's instructions because I really like the look of generated subtitles.

They look almost the same as the ones on professional hollywood DVD movies.

I think MaestroSBT has the best rendering engine.
