Also sharpen edges and soften edges enabled at the same time sound counter-intuitive to me, and if using the AR filter integrated with some upscalers you shouldn't need to activate anti-ringing in refinement.
Anyway, rendering times of 24 ms for 24 fps movie shouldn't cause any problems so I'm wondering why it "lags".
