And yes, there is over 5 hours of content on this disc. All the extras were ported over from the DVD releases.

Nothing odd there -- but the fact that you're keeping HD audio, all tracks on something this big might be concerning. Can you also post the INF file for this encode? It should be in the working directory and will be called: STAR_TREK_4_-_THE_VOYAGE_HOME.INF
