About DTS track retaining: AVStoDVD already retains DTS tracks that have the features to be 'DVD compliant'. One of them is the resolution, which should be lower or equal than 20 bit. movieman99's DTS track is 24 bit. See Help/How to use it/Preferences/Audio for more details.
5.1 channel 48 kHz/24 bit encoding with Constant bit-rates of 768 kbps or 1509 kbps is DTS DVD compliant,
