You should see it clearly with a little zoom on all the external edges of Jack shirt (Source / MadVR RRA + RDH / FineDehalo) :
Just using FineDehalo(contra=1.0) here.
The FineDehalo script has not been updated for a long time (
http://avisynth.nl/index.php/FineDehalo), but it is very fast and clean (even for HD content). I am sure that you can do better in madVR.
There is also a function to remove 2nd order halos.
