If you want me to try and help you -- it would be more helpful if you didn't post logs that are unrelated to BD-RB, as they really don't give me the information I need. EAC3TO isn't even involved in a BD-RB encode. How about posting the BD-RB log and INF instead? It also doesn't help to say other programs work either (like Clown BD or MakeMKV)... they are completely unrelated and don't do anything even remotely similar to BD-RB.

The "source image too small" means that BD-RB is being fed garbage -- and that's why it is failing. My guess would be (without any info to help me) that you might have a "Codec Pack" or some other package that is attempting to decode instead of FFDSHOW -- and it isn't doing a very good job.
