As there are no other replies during the last 2 weeks, I guess hardly any user created any. I would guess there are not many known and well documented "typical" playback devices yet. And the set of CLI parameters for x265 is still changing while it keeps being developed.
If you did not study thoroughly how HEVC in general, and x265 specifically, can be controlled ... the usual recommendation: Restrict yourself to preset + tuning + some bitrate control (either CRF or 2-pass target bitrate). To optimize for a specific device or narrow-band transmission channel (to include VBV parameters), you will have to know the limits of the decoder and the content delivery first.
And if the basic parameters subset is not suitable for you, then you will have to work it out anyway for each of your different movies. You know, there is no "one size fits all" if you have higher expectations.
