EAC can burn as you like, it however needs the decompression to WAV before.
Nero, which probably came with your buner, can do the same but on-the-fly. It cannot correct the offset, which EAC can, however this is not important for a CD of the first generation, which explains also that you may never heard of.
A third one is ImgBurn, which works best with ISOs.

There are several others, also Winamp and foobar can do it if one has the plugins. But the 3 above I use for all works (Nero from FLAC/WAV/WV, EAC to extract, Img for ISOs and DVD/BD).

CDBurner XP is a simple but reliable Gui.
It does not fill in silence gaps (normally 2sec) between tracks like many other Gui's do.
But it does not remove existing silence in the tracks at start or ending points of a track, if that's what you are after...

I use ImgBurn all the way!

Works fine to burn Audio-CD's from (not only) WAV or FLAC files too. Just select "Write" Mode, click the "Create CUE File..." button (small Audio-CD icon) and add your audio files to the list.

You can use Movavi Video Suite for this task https://www.movavi.com/suite/. It can burn CD/DVD and do many other tasks as well (for example creating and editing videos). Works great.

I'm confused @Blurayhd,

Do you want to create new audio 'spec' CD's from your Flac audio files or do you just want to store your Flac audio files as data files onto CD's?
