Updated german translation with some improvements based on r5950
Do you plan to improve the eject icon, so it matches the other icons like play/pause, stop, ... in perceived height? Quote:

Your screenshot is out of date. Also make sure that there are no toolbar.svg or toolbar.png files in the player folder. I won't add changes for translations yet. We are considering removing support for VMR-7 and VMR-9. These two system renderers give the worst picture compared to the system EVR.

I checked the folder and there is no png or svg file.
I made screenshots of old, 5937 and 5938+ and made a new comparison: 1:1 scaling of 200 % windows scaling 500% enlarged of the 200% window scaling If you look closely the triangle of eject icon of the old toolbar was a bit above to compensate the look to be to low. I can not explain why the top of the triangle should be a bit higher than the other icons, but it was right this way and it looked good. Then the r5937, where I reported that the triangle is thinner than the rectangle at 200% scaling and then the newest from r5938+, the clean looking eject icon (and also the frame step icon was modified ), but the eject icon is a bit to low in my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I really do like the new toolbar, especially AUD, SUB and GPU are very sharp on 200% windows scaling, I really like that. But the eject should be a bit higher. Shouldn't it? Updated german translation based on r5953
Removed "VMR-7" in other locations in the translation file, since support was dropped for the obsolete VMR-7. |

The height of it is correct, I looked at it enlarged 1500% and used the image programs guide ruler to determine it's straightness in relation to all other icons, the only one not in line with the rest is the stop button which is one pixel higher because it needs to be.

Updated german translation based on r5954, some cosmetics
I found the following two lines which contains VMR-7/VMR-9 renderless and Shockwave: Code:
STRING IDS_MAINFRM_61 STRING IDS_MAINFRM_64 I didn't edit these lines. If these are still used, let me know and I update (-> remove obsolete renderers from the line) also these lines. |

As I wrote earlier, VMR-7 and VMR-9 support has been removed. Resources are checked out in r5955.
Please update translations and delete unnecessary messages.

no one answers me in this forum. however I have found that in MPC HC everything works fine. In MPC BE if I select MPC RENDER AUDIO I lose a lot of frames. if I change the audio renderer instead, the madVR OSD is perfect. Why does madVR depend on MPC BE audio to function properly?

Try without madVR and only with internal filters. Show MPC-BE's audio renderer Options.

Although I always try to read all posts I may have missed a recent change. The issue that I have on my system is that if I choose with the mouse a certain point on the time bar that the player does not jump to this (exact) point but (much) earlier or later !!
Is this the expect behaviour now ? Another thing that I would like to ask again is if there are any plans now to get BR/UHD-menus working ? It doesn't need to be on the level of VLC but it would be great to know on discs with a lot of bonus features what is which extra. But thanks for the great work !! |

It depends on the videofile. Some files will take "long" till the jump to the exact position is "calculated", if it is not a keyframe. It will be much faster when the keyframes are used to jump to. But then you can only jump to keyframes and this depends how the frames are coded. There can be P, B and I frames, it depends on the encoder and it settings when creating the videofile. Jump to keyframes is faster but not so accurate.

1. the version is: 1.55 x64; 2. if I try without madVR it seems alright but I no longer have the madVR OSD to check. Anyway, I wouldn't want to give up madVR as a video renderer. 3. Here are the audio renderer settings. If I change the audio renderer I don't lose any more frames. I apologize for the italian words in the photo. @klaus1189 thank you for trying
