When you play a file LAV Audio's "status" tab will show you input and output sampling rate. The rest is up to the audio renderer/player, audio card, audio driver and OS.

Ye true thats audio renderer, i don't understand video and audio encoding. I have problem to understand what people saying in movie sometimes and i just wanted maximum quality. I had to change media player anyways and this can use wasapi, so it should be fine. At least i know not to user normalizer. Thanks for answer!
