I have 2 different versions of 3 3D movies but i dont know which one should i watch and have best quality. I hope anyone help me with reasons. I dont know here for best asking this question. If it is wrong sorry for that. I will watch them with my 42" TV with using mpc be from my computer.

A higher bitrate, in identical conditions will provide a better quality. Whether this is also seen, depends on other factors, in particular speed of motions.
Maybe I am wrong, but I thought that 4 ref frames (not 6 as in the last example) is the maximum allowed? This would suggest a reencoded (home brewed) movie, not the original. Also the cropped frame size (1008 pixels) converges to the same conclusion. To this is added the relatively low bitrate for 3D movies. But this is debatable. In that case, the best is to have the originals and not some copies....

By the way, read the forum rules (hint: rule #6) before posting.
