The MLP and AC3 audio files do not have the same duration

When i import ac3 (atmos) in Scenarist, it gets "Warning:The MLP and AC3 audio files do not have the same duration."

This warning need to fix to same duration?

I´m having the same issue with MUI Generator.

Difference is 00:00:00:01 !!

I just can´t get it to work.
