Post quick reply makes the forum receive two replies in a row

Hi there,
I'm experiencing a bit of a weird behavior with Chromium Freeworld 85.0.4183.121 on Fedora 33 x64.
Whenever I click "Post quick reply", instead of showing me the reply in the topic, it shows me the normal reply page and a message which says that at least 30 seconds have to pass between a message and another, as if I was trying to post the reply twice. If I then go to the topic, my reply is indeed there.
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?

Oddly enough, this doesn't occur on Chrome 88.0.4304.1 under Windows 10 x64
