MPC-HC: Can no longer bitstream DTS

So I got a new AVR (Denon S750H) that I'm attempting to get setup. After hours of messing with stuff, I've finally got it working except for this one weird issue.

My HTPC is connected to the AVR via HDMI, which handles audio and passes the video to the TV. LAV is setup to bitstream all formats, which has been working (even previously with this receiver), but I seem to have broken something along the way. When playing a file with a DTS track, LAV says it's bitstreaming and the AVR shows that it is receiving DTS, but there's no sound. Unchecking DTS formats causes it to send PCM to the AVR, which does work. AC-3 works fine. I am able to bitstream the audio from the same file in Kodi and it plays as expected. Somehow something got screwed up in either LAV or MPC (I am using madVR, but I doubt that's relevant).

Does anyone have any idea what might have gone wrong?
