Cheap Chicom PCIe HDMI capture cards - any good?
Searching "pci-e 1080p hdmi capture" on eBay returns a slew of $65-120 or so "generic" Chinese capture cards.
I'm looking for something akin to the BlackMagic Intensity Pro 4k (with cables) or (wishful thinking) a Magewell design (with ability to set HDCP identifier.) Intensity Pro 4k is available at $200 USD everywhere. Do any of you know of a source for the same, or functional equivalent for significantly less cost? Pretty box isn't important to me. Function and accuracy are.

$200 USD RETAIL, yes. Production cost is probably $20 or less. The $30 iMic audio capture devices used the same A/D-D/A chip a $300 Roland. Maybe someone here knows enough about the guts of these to point to a "white label" version.
