Improved much, no crash now.
Still a little slow though compared to PotPlayer.

Can't have a normal playback, seems to be latest FFmpeg's problem?
MPC-HC is fine.

When you use file->save as to save the video, does it use direct streeam copy? I mean is there any rencoding?

Cause i want to use avisynth scripts to open a file from and to certain frames and save some video sequences, the same way i used to do this on vdub.

No any rencoding. Direct streeam copy only.

OK silly question time..... does MPCBE or *ANY* software media player for that matter allow you to use it when watching streamed videos on the net, instead of Adobe Flash Player? Please let me know.

You'd have to write a browser plugin that encapsulates the player and uses it to play the video instead. This wouldn't work if the streamed video is using any sort of encryption/DRM that requires Flash Player, though.

mpc-be plays youtube videos with open file/url without using flash. It would be nice if there were browser plugins that would allow mpc-be to hook into the browser.

Because they don't use any encryption/DRM. If Youtube did it wouldn't work because those would require using the Flash player.

Tested with build 2568... "starting in FSE" mode with madVR now works better than previous builds. Now it keeps screen blank instead of flashing back to desktop screen before the playback is truly started.

Build 2574 runs fine on my nVidia ION system --- But I does not use MPC-BE built-in FFMPEG decoder.
