In the last line, I know everything except 14307.60 kb/s.
Is 14307.60 kb/s bitrate? If not, what is this and how do I get bitrate output message?

Yep, that's the bitrate.
You are using CRF18, 14Mbit/s are kinda reasonable; in Windows (cmd) bitrate is shown right after frames, before eta.

Like:
[20%] 200/800 frames, 5.00fps, 15000kb/s, eta 0:10:22

When it finishes, it's like:
encoded 800 frames in 154.52s (5.18 fps), 15000 kb/s, Avg QP: xx.xx
