Any way to IVTC or restore this (animation)?
Here's a sample: https://gofile.io/d/jPpcsd
I've tried field matching with TFM(), but there are some combing artifacts (or blending artifacts, I'm not sure of the difference). Is there any way to get a clean IVTC out of this material or some sort of restoration? Last edited by kutjong; 6th August 2020 at 22:33. |

No great luck playing around with TFM, chroma issues still persist. Maybe AnimeIVTC could be of help...?
I actually have the material also in NTSC, which does not have these issues, but unfortunately the transfer is otherwise of lesser quality, as seen here: NTSC PAL |

you can take Luma from PAL after go to 24 and chroma from NTSC after go to 24 (not 23.976)
