RTX Super Resolution and RTX HDR only with these settings on hvec/10 bit files,why?

Hello, who has a rtx card can use these 2 great settings for have hdr on all video contents, and also a little help in the upscale with super resoluion
however, with hvec and 10bit files these 2 settings not work, only works with the settings posted here https://github.com/emoose/VideoRende...ent-1914696808
what mean disable all these output formats on lav filter, what are the conseguences on video playback?
