DebugMode FrameServer...

Hello.

I'm having problems with exporting movie from Premiere Pro 1.5 (codec problems) and I've read that DebugMode FrameServer might be useful for that. Problem is that after installing the newest version (2.7) of the plugin I get no settings for it (maybe that's normal). And I basically don't know how to use it. I would like to further edit the movie in VirtualDub but I don't know how to get the video.

Can anyone please explain step by step, like for a total newbe, what to do?
Premiere Pro 1.5 -> VirtualDub 1.9.8
