I gave it a try with the new version and still EARTH_US still had the same error, and i ripped the movie twice with anydvd as always and still the same error message. never had a problem with any other movie

I added code as a workaround, and have that one fixed for the next release. You may see it later today.

BD Rebuilder v0.31.05 (beta)

I've updated the first post of this thread with a new release of BD-RB (v0.31.05). Changes for this version:
Code:
- Added code to recognize "streams are not syncronized"
errors from TSMUXER and take action to automatically
  workaround by extracting video/audio streams
independently. This should fix it in most cases.
- Build a workaround routine for movie-only encodes in
which the TSMUXER output filename during A/V extract
violates length restrictions and causes "Can't create
  output file" error.
- Added new hidden option "USE_NAL_HRD=n". If set to
"1" (the default) the "--nal-hrd" parameter is used in
the command line. This requires an X264 build which
includes the NAL-HRD patch (as is the one included
with BD Rebuilder). Setting to "0" (not normally
  recommended) disables the "--nal-hrd" switch.
- Corrected an error that could cause movie-only backups
to not extract and remux properly when small enough to
fit on the target and it consists of multiple parts.
- Updated the included version of X264.EXE to the
  latest release (r1360 w/nal-hrd patch).
- Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.

You have one AC3 and one DTS audio track with a target size of a DVDR. My guess, not enough room, try adjusting your target size.

@dragonknight;
This may not be related, but it seems like an awful lot of content to be backed up to a BD9. (Approximate total content: [04:48:58.370])
Have you tried to BD-25, or even just a movie only backup to BD9, just to rule out a few other potential options?

Odd Problem

Trying to back up Angels and Demons.

Full Movie Back up to BD25

Code:
-----------------------
[12:32:55] BD Rebuilder v0.31.05 (beta)
  - Source: ANGELS_AND_DEMONS
  - Input BD size: 41.02 GB
  - Approximate total content: [03:01:14.905]
  - Target BD size: 22.46 GB
  - Windows Version: 6.0 [6002]
  - Audio Settings: AC3=1 DTS=1 HD=1 Kbs=640
[12:32:56] PHASE ONE, Encoding
 - [12:32:56] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00530]
 - [12:33:06] Reencoding: VID_00530 (1 of 53)
 - Error in attempt to multiplex: MUX_00530.meta
 - H.264 stream does not contain fps field. Muxing fps=23.976
[16:37:41] - Failed to build structure, aborted
Movie Only Backup appears to be working with no errors at VID_00530?

Code:
 - [21:21:38] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00530]
 - [21:21:47] Reencoding: VID_00530 (16 of 32)
 - [21:22:49] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00532]
Bad rip?

I had no problem with the region A version of Angels and Demons. Did a full movie backup to BD-25, and it looks excellent!

Are you using the X264 version that is included in the BD Rebuilder zip?

It usually means that the audio you are attempting to keep is too large for the target size selected and there is no room for the video.

This is usually caused by there being lots of duplicate and unnecessary audio tracks in the extras. Try changing your settings to only one audio and then adding in any extra ones you need in the main movie by double clicking on them (for instance for a commentary track). Sometimes you can just continue and the output size is okay. I certainly did Mummy 4 several months ago and it was okay.

@jdobbs

Any luck w/ Night at Meuseum2? I'm still trying and still having issues. I did have an issue w/ Angels and Demons but 31.05 seems to have corrected it.

Yes, using the one included with 31.05

Am using Windows Vista 64b (i920CPU). When I was trying to reproduce the Full Version, there was also a pop up window, saying TSEMuxer failed and the option to "Close the Program". I was not near the computer when this happened so I can't give a timeline.

In the original log file the crash appears to have happened 4 hours after reporting the inital error. So my assuption is that TSEMUX, just died when nothing was happening.

I backed up Movie Only with no problem. I am going to try the full version again later today.

Thanks

I had no problems with a movie only backup to BD5 for Night at Meuseum2, US version.
You are having a setup issue with Haali or ffdshow.

You're using an outdated version, please update and try again. Also, make sure you have HAALI, AVISYNTH, and FFDSHOW installed. usually an error like you're seeing means one of those isn't installed/configured properly.
