Can I save the output as a wav file with vspipe?

I tried
Code:
c = core.core.bas.Source(r"d:\test.mp3")
c.set_output(0)
Code:
.\VSPipe.exe  --wav .\bla.vpy -  > asd.wav
But the output is not readable.

EDIT ok the problem was powershell, it works in CMD

And it works with mkv (video) files too!
