I have no clue how to, nor do i want to know how, but just check x264.nl before you start an encode?
Or have a script pick up latest version always http://mirror01.x264.nl/x264/x264.exe always points to the latest version (on all mirrors) |

Please don't, just next time report commandline + revision (version number) plus as many info as you can. I am glad the new .exe files have been stable for you. If you read the x264.nl notes, you can also read what versions may have been unstable (just scroll down)... Thanks for your input! |

@Sharktooth and MythCreator
Please read: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=134391 I am not saying that your builds are crashing, but so far gcc 3.4.6 still seems the best gcc to build x264.exe. Just a reminder if people start to report x264 related crashes which cannot be reproduced with my .exe files. |
