Changed the drivelist in the first post - now it includes the crc values of V2 of the drivelist
(created with FindVUK 0.87 available in the FindVUK thread)

Btw, the vendor specific string appears to contain the drives serial nr sometimes. Maybe it's better not to post this information (can't it be used to block specific devices)? Including it in the crc also seems to result in many duplicate drives

Hi! Removed the CRC complety from the table - internally now only VENDOR, PRODUCT-IDENTIFIER and REV are used to compare if a drive is already in the list or not.

Regarding the 'serial' number information in the vendor specific part - I don't think that the vendors have any interest in blocking serial numbers from anything, I mean for what purpose?
Nobody did something wrong... so I haven't even removed those numbers from my drives..

To read the new table FindVUK 0.88 is necessary.

This is from the HP laptop that also didnt work before. However, FindVUK 0.88 no longer does the drive detection if no dvdfab product is installed. I had to put a fake exe and log path in the dvdfab ini section to get this

Cheap circuit city drive

This is a cheap drive I picked up on sale for $40 a few years ago. It is my primary drive travel drive & does not support bus encryption.
Code:
+ VENDOR # PRODUCT-IDENTIF. # REV. # FIRMWARE CR. # INTERFACE # DRIVETYPE # BusEncryptionCapable # BindingNonceGeneration # VENDOR SPECIFIC # FEATURE DESCRIPTOR # COMMENT
