B-Hierarchical Pictures in JM

I want to encode some sequences with GOP length of 64 and 128 with b-hierarchical method using JM reference software. I understand that JM uses sliding window marking process as default, but with long GOPs I need to manipulate the DPB because they need more than 16 reference frames. I've read here:
http://www.hhi.fraunhofer.de/fileadm...s/JVT-P014.pdf that we need to use MMCO commands or long term reference frame. Could someone please tell me how can I use MMCO or long term reference frame in JM?. I looked in the config file but can't find any parameter that let me do that.
