OK -> PM.

Seems more like a D3D11 little issue in madVR, D3D9 is fine, but it doesn't support HDR, maybe it's by design of D3D11, I ask madshi.

Do not hurry. The specification has not been approved yet.

Problem with DVD

I got the problem, that the sound crackles and the image is terrible (artifacts, wrong colors...) after I get into the mainmenu of the DVD.
I havent tested something else, but it occured with all game of thrones-DVDs. The problem is "fixed" after closing mpcbe and starting again. After 2-4 times doing that it will work.
Its a great player and thats the only thing that could be better at the moment!
Maybe you can fix this?

I have a strange behaviour with MPCBE. When I close it, the window doesn't disappear immediately.

The frame remains and so the frame of the windows below. After a time from half a second to 3-4 seconds it disappears.

I can accelerate the thing by clicking on desktop or another window.

Any idea?

What version of the player do you use?
What external filters do you use?

@Felixjots
1.) update to latest nightly and see if it still happens -> https://yadi.sk/d/hlf1lfC8mKU58/!_last
2.) show us external filters list in options, like LAV Filters, ... -> disable/block all external filters -> does it still happen then?
3.) tried to reset settings and set up MPC-BE new?
4.) upload sample somewhere like Google drive

Tried latest stable and latest nightly, with internal filters and Lav Filters.

Seems a rendering issue, not a filter one.

VLC, Media Player NET and others works perfectly.

Take a screenshot with a list of active filters. You have an external video decoder.

I activated all internal filters and deactivated all external filters. The video/audio renderer is standard. Nothing changed.

@Felixjots
MPC-BE does not use hardware acceleration when playing a DVD. You have an external video decoder.

Well, after resetting the settings it seems to work now. (With external filters also). There is one ressetted setting that made the problem. I try to find out which one it is.

Settings reset and problem disappeared. It will be hard to understand what gave this issue.
