Good way to cut off intro?

Not sure this is the right spot for asking, but what program can ppl recommend for cutting off a movie trailer/intro?

I got this h264 movie, with a rather lengthy trailer, that I would simply like to cut off. So, I fired up Adobe Premiere, but all it gives me are frame-per-frame steps, which are kinda useless, as I will obviously need to cut on a key-frame, and it doesn't skip to one (or tells me which ones are).

The cut needs to be on a key-frame, of course, as I don't want to reencode the entire movie: I just want to cut off the intro, and then save the rest (sans reencoding) to file again.

Thanks.

MKVMergeGUI has splitting options under the Global tab. It splits on the next keyframe following the point you specify. If you only want it to split once, specify "2" as the maximum number of files.

MyMP4BoxGUI has splitting options.

VirtualDub can split AVIs (keyframe buttons on the navigation bar and direct stream copy for the video).

Video To Video Converter has a splitter under it's Tools menu.
