Yes, is in 23.976 fps.
I did it with the command mentioned before "eac3to.exe input.dts output.w64 -23.976 -changeTo24.000" and it worked. The audio from the 23.976 fps video is fully synchronized with the 24 fps video. But the audio sound is lowered. There is a better way to do it? |
