Anyone know if it's possible to use the re-author mode to add a subtitle track to a 3D BD without breaking things?

Can I import externally-created menus to multiAVCHD?

I'm a multiAVCHD newbie, admittedly, but no matter what I try, every attempt to create a BluRay menu fails. I've tried disabling the Top Menu (previously tried XMP, then Carousel type) and choosing only the title list menu, but it always fails due to the following error:

Code:
Failure to mux menu and to create playlist [00xxx.mpls]
Error muxing title-list menu page #1!
I'll post the whole log below, but my questions are:
  1. Is there a known solution to this problem?
  2. Else, can I create a menu in some external tool and import it into multiAVCHD instead? If so, how?

For the record, my system passed all MultiTests.

Here's the log:

If you burn the folders created by multiAVCHD in UDF 2.50, it should be ok.

multiAVCHD and Dolby Atmos

Hi all, first of all I want to apologize for my poor English.
I'm new here and I have to you just such a question. Or multiAVCHD can also work from Dolby Atmos audio. I have a blu-ray movie and have English audio Dolby Atmos, and I would like there will add other audio and subtitles, and create your own bluray. Thank you for your advice and help.

I don't know if multiAVCHD support Atmos but you can do it with TSMuxer (without menus).

Hello, Music Pop, so I tried Dolby Atmos in multiAVCHD menu without menu and I must say that it multiAVCHD mastered brilliantly. Super the software. As far as I know tsMuxeR of Dolby Atmos can not handle. Well thank you!

Yes it does, and anyway multiAVCHD uses tsMuxeR for multiplexing in m2ts.

Next project burned properly. Probably my player has a problem with reading the UDF 2.60. But I'm not sure. With UDF 2.50 is OK.

Upper subtitles in project. Possible?

I want to create a project with additional upper subtitles in the same language as the lower subs. Many Blu-rays has upper subtitles appear from time to time, instead of the lower subtitle.
Does anyone know how to do it? I created 2 sup's with lower and upper subs. What's next?

Working with episodes, possibly replacing video streams

Obligatory "clearly made an account just to ask this one question because I'm in over my damn head" post here. Forgive the size, I'm super wordy and I've been trying to sort this out for quite some time so I've a lot of talk piled up in my brain on the matter.

So I've used MultiAVCHD a couple of times to add audio and subtitle tracks to BDMVs and it's mostly worked out pretty well after some trial and error.
My next few intended projects are TV Series BDs instead of movies and those ones are a bit more complex authoring-wise for me. So I understand from the first page which I've gone over lots of times over the last year or so on various projects that series and multiple cuts are harder to work with, and the tutorial doesn't actually apply to the way the discs I'm working with are authored (neither have individual playlists for each episode for example). I've come to the conclusion that the most painless way to achieve what I'm after is to just mux the new audio and subtitle tracks into each m2ts stream file and replace the originals.

Of course I'm also aware that just muxing the new stuff in will result in a disc that won't play. I know that I need to work with the IN and OUT times in some way but I've never found a good explanation of how those work that made any sense to me (I've seen lots of people just say what to do with them, but if I don't understand what they are or how they work I can't adapt it to my project).

Basically to disregard all this context I've given; is there a simple and painless way to just completely replace the video streams with almost identical files while still keeping the disc otherwise unchanged? Alternatively is there a way to use MultiAVCHD to add streams to the video files themselves rather than the playlists? As some of my discs only have the master playlist with all episodes at once, and some have multiple playlists for one episode (despite only having one m2ts file for the episode), I fear it'll be too complicated to work off the playlists.
I'd also be interested in editing the menu to read in English and add options for my new audio/subs but I fear that'll get way too messy so I'm not very fussed about that.

So if anyone here is familiar with achieving what I want (basically anyone who works with Anime series BDs will probably know exactly what my issues are), any help would be seriously appreciated. I've been trying to get this going for quite some time now and I've given up on trying to learn on my own.

I don't know if MultiAVCHD can help you for this but I read several times that BDedit could help a lot. Unfortunately, there is no complete tutorial over its skills but only some partial tutorials over specific cases ;

http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=150511
As you see, that's not simple.

Thanks, I'll give it another go next weekend after going over these a couple of times, unfortunately the IN and OUT time still throws me for a loop but maybe if I do a bit of trial and error with that I might figure it out because that seems to specifically be where I'm falling short.

"Error converting subtitles (java?)"

This question has been asked once in this forum, some 250 posts ago , in the good old times when the author still answered questions, but never answered (there were two questions and only the last one has been treated). Actually it has been asked a second time, but being related to "pirated material" it wasn't answered.

Finding that error line in the log of multiAVCHD I thought that BDSubToSup has problems with java. Found that tool in its directory and double-clicked onto it - it started and worked with no problems. Not even the addition of the java and java/bin directories in the PATH variable changed something.

I am not really 100% sure but it worked once, however I do not remember if I carried out any modifications to the system apart from installing new software.

So, has anyone any idea what exactly this error message means and/or how to prevent its occurrence?

in the past I used multiavchd many times successfully. Now, it is failing me almost every time. It makes the folders and they look normal but when I burn to disc using imgburn, the disc does not play on my recentl blu-ray players
I have used tsmuxer on the same exact file and that usually works but multiavchd can handle putting in multiple files with different bit rates, etc so that is why I need to get it working on my windows 10 computer
If you use multiple files on tsmuxer, you have to join them during the process and that usually causes the audio and video to get out of sync

Has anyone else noticed this ? also, is there a way to make the avchd or blu-ray folder structure and then just add videos to it an then burn ?

I'm not sure what has happened with multiavchd

Is it possible to burn HDV M2T files (1440x1080) to Bluray using multiavchd? Which other Bluray authoring software supports HDV files?
