HEVC v2.2 encoder with GUI?

Hello,
I'm looking for a program with GUI that can encode HEVC at v2.2 for Windows.
Tried Handbrake and XMedia Recode but latest versions only use 2.1
What do you guys use?
One important option for me is to be able to copy audio without encoding.
Thanks.

Yes, the program is called Hybrid. Although I don't use it (since its GUI gives me headache), it contains all the features of the latest encoder.

staxrip is another excellent gui. you can use any version of hevc, if you wish to use 2.2 you just put the binary in the appropriate folder

Did you mean 2.2 specific command line options, or just 2.2 exe file where you can download from anywhere?
