Where is "hq_ac" option in Xvid GUI on Windows 10?

I've been reading MEncoder Xvid encoding options:

https://linux.die.net/man/1/mencoder

In MEncoder, there is an Xvid option "(no) hq_ac" which:

Activates high-quality prediction of AC coefficients for intra frames from neighbor blocks (default: on)
Where is this option in Xvid GUI on Windows 10? I can't find it.

No clue what you mean when you speak of 'Xvid GUI', but afaik there is no equivalent in xvid_encraw or the vfw interface of XviD to mencoders hq_aq and you will only find it in GUIs which use mencoder for XviD encoding.

So I guess it isn't an Xvid option, just an option that MEncoder uses.
