What version of WinDVD

I've been trying to use WinDVD 8 version: 8.0 B06.109

I'm also using "AnyDVD 6.1.7.4"

Without AnyDVD running, WinDVD doesn't even try to play the movie.

Each time that I try to watch a Blu-ray movie, I get an error:
The movie doesn't even start

Code:
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\InterVideo\DVD8\WinDVD.exe

abnormal program termination
Which build works?

P.S.
If anyone has the key for "A Few Good Men", i'd really appreciate it

I am trying "Meet the Robinsons"....but I cannot seem to find the keys given the method listed earlier in this post(loading BD into WinHex...perhaps the poster could be more specific with directions on how to do this, thanks). Is it a BD+ encryption since this is a brand new release? I am finding that the DVDFAB HD decrypt does not recognize it in the blu ray drive either. If someone has the proper keys to use for backupbluray, please post them. Thank you.

volume unique keys length

Why the parts of the volume unique keys were 20byte and part were 16byte (isn't it 16byte width?)
Does anyone know the Kvu of the title "elephants dream" ?
Thanks

I just bought Ratatouille in Blue-ray (French version). I don't have Windows, only linux... To get the key with aacskeys and DumpHD i need the VolumeID. I can't use dumpvid, it only works with windows et need windvd or powerdvd to access the BRD.

So can someone have/give me the VolumeID or better the key of this BRD please ?

Thanks a lot

There are no incorrect DiscID's (except typos), this ID is calculated right from the disc, if its different, its a different disc (technically it contains different keys). Most probably the posted key is for the european version while you have a different one.

Please, read the title of this thread, don't post questions here, this thread is for posting keys only! Maybe a mod can move these posts to an own thread.

Are you using the correct version of DumpVID? Currently, there is one for HD-DVD's and one for Blu-Rays. Check out the first post of the DumpHD thread, it now contains download links to a package with both DumpVID versions. Try the Blu-Ray one, maybe you have to adjust the hammering delay, i tested it on my machine and it's still working, even with the latest PowerDVD version .

Last key was posted in march. Does that mean AACS LA has actually defeated us?

It just means that people that have the V4 processing key, still haven't posted it ... there must be a compelling rea$on for them not to do that ...

You think that SlySoft hires or pays people that could post new keys? Bummer!

MKBv1 and MKBv3 processing keys are public but no info about MKBv4, MKBv6 or MKBv7. That's sad.

I would post some keys but i can't get the volume id's from the disks. Currently I'm working on patching the firmware of my drive to bypass authentication (like some other people for other drives too). So just wait.

Btw i have used Bus Hound 6 on Slysoft's anydvd and no authentication took place. Consequently they decrypt the disc without the volume id?

How can you know that you can post keys if you haven't got the VID yet? That confuses me.

The correctness of the media key can be verified. Output of aacskeys:
Code:
Decrypted C-value: 0C9C63CAF2CB135E26E0C9A8D1CD7BB0
Media key: 0C9C63CAF2CB135E26E0C9A8D1CD7BB1

Encrypted verification data: 78B71BE6892D533DD1E9D4A34AAC685E
Decr verif data should be: 0123456789ABCDEF

So you have the Media Key. Great. How? Hardware-Player? Software-Player? Licenced AACS Member?

If i explicitly write that's it the output of aacskeys how could you possibly ask that question? This is not the topic for this discussion anyway.
