this is a great tool kyle, thanks for making it available
but i noticed that the bitrate/quality factor characteristics were not available for matroska video files. i'm guessing that because this is because you haven't got the appropriate settings for the overhead. the calculator integrated into the xvid settings provides this information, at least for xvid streams, if you're interested. |

if you support apples .mov, you could also support .mp4 easily, as the two are pretty similar

I don't have specs for MP4 files.... but as soon as i've got some, i'll implement its support.
I haven't tried to get MKV bitrate for a long time, i'll get back to this problem as soon as i got rid of installed codec detection. |
