Ghosting in live action Bluray

Hi everyone.

I’m experiencing ghosting when ripping a Bluray disc (see link for sample). The packaging states it’s 1080i NTSC, but everything I try playing/ripping it with shows ghosting.

I’ve looked over these forums for avisynth examples, but so far none have worked.

I’ve had the best success with this
Code:
AssumeTFF()
detect=last.TDeint(mode=1)
unblend()
QTGMC()
Srestore(dclip=detect)
But there is still obvious ghosting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to avisynth, so it may just be idiocy on my part.

The Bluray came from a European opera house, so the ghosting could be a result of a poorly done PAL->NTSC conversion on their part.

I've tried some of the options offered on this forum for such, but no luck.
