DVD rebuilder creates dgdecode projects with Frame_Rate=23976
As the title says. It does not matter if the dvd is FILM or interlaced or hybrid.
It always create the degdecode projects with Frame_Rate=23976. Is that behaviour normal? It afect the framerate of the encoded video if it is interlaced, or PAL, or anything not Film? Thanks.
