I ported SVP to free, so you can use it without SVP manager
Who dont know what is it - it turns your video to 60 or whatever FPS

Functionality is same

Same project is interframe https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=160226 but its based on very old SVP libraries

My version is x64 and x32 boths, takes 0.5MB instead of 200Mb of SVP manager and you has full access to sctipt logic

In ffdshow you get english interface, in potplayer if you set english interface you get same result
