AviSynth script to replace Deshaker
I have tried many times to use Deshaker on VirtualDub but I had too many issues, from crashes to slowness, etc.
I have searched in this forum for a script to depan and stabilize a shaky movie, but could not find any doing simply that. Can somebody please help me?

DepanStabilize() can be used. VideoFred's film restoration scripts use it:

Here is one of many film restoration scripts I've posted (they are based on VideoFred's work): https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...35#post1861735 I am providing that link because it shows you what the function call looks like when stabilizing video (film, in this case, but the film has been transferred to video, so as far as Depanstabilize is concerned, it's video). |

I am successfully using Deshaker directly in AVISynth.
I am processing the first pass in VDub and the second pass within AVISynth.
