Thank you.

coreavc
pdvd7_dxva-off
pdvd7_dxva-on

Btw, it wasn't easy to snap the same picture, is there a tool/trick to shoot excatly the same frame ?

However, there are artifacts on both decoders, but cyberlink dxva-on seems to produce a little more artifacts.

You tried, Media Player Classic "go to frame" function?

With DxVA on picture looks like "dirty", but I don't see any artifacts not on CoreAVC, nor PDVD with DxVA off. Maybe because of 17" display ^)
Also, there is VMR9 bug on NV, look on same picture with overlay mixer

After the "go to frame" positioned frame doesn't decoded, so you need to play and pause picture again

I'm too tired to laugh ;-).... Last thing we are now doing for Jarod is checking for site spelling errors (I am still sure he'll find a few i'll miss). Next up in about 2 hours is to change over to our new Core Account services and bring live the new server/site.

Almost... DNS will take a while to propagate and I still have to edit the download/purchase buttons and make some slight mods.... Then we will begin to send update notifications to our current customers.
