Suggestions for Dolby Vision tuning?

Has anybody done much Dolby Vision encoding with x265?

I'm learning about this, specifically profile 5 (non backwards compatible), where the DoVi pre-processor outputs 4:2:0 10 bit ICpCt masquerading as YCbCr so it can be handled by any old HEVC encoder.

I think some tuning may be advisable, but not sure what. I'm going to do my own testing of course, but I was curious if anyone familiar with this can give some guidelines.
