H.264 Reference Needed.

I would like to know more about the following modules. Please provide some reference spots on the same.

For H.264 HiP and Hi422 P the following feature is extra than h.264 MP the brief detail is

1. 8x8 vs 4x4 coding
2. Quantization Scaling
3. Separate Cb and Cr QP control
4. Monochrome
5. Color Plane
6. Pridictive lossless coding

i want to know the advantages and how these features will save the bandwidth and bitstream size.

8x8 dct is huge. Predictive lossless is also huge, if you're into lossless coding.

I'd suggest playing with x264 - it's implemented everything here that's actually useful.
