VobSub problem

Hi!

Is there a way to tell Vobsub to not meddle with the timing of subs when the cell (or whatever it's called) changes?
I know SubResync can fix timing problems, but when I save my fixed files, AutoGK keeps changing the files back to the wrong ones.

Please help.

Fix the timings, then export to an another subtitle format, that should do the trick.

Sorry, I gave you too less details.
When I fix the timing and resave the idx files, or rename them or delete the old idx files, AutoGK can't find the subs anymore.
When I export the sbs to srt or another format, AutoGK keeps making the wrong idx files. So isn't there a way to change a setting in VobSub to make right idx files from the beginning?
