Avisynth dissolve script needed

I need the script (exactly as it will appear when typed--nothing else please!) for a 50 frame-length dissolve of these 2 sources:
"01.avi"
"02.avi"

I'm using VirtualDub to create the output video.

a = AVISource("01.avi")
b = AVISource("02.avi")

Dissolve(a,b,50)

(The 50 frame dissolve means total length reduced by 50 compared to a+b because of the overlap region )
