Avisynth import plugin not working in Premiere CS4?
Hi,
I've been using the AviSynth import plugin with Premiere 6, Pro, Pro1.5, Pro2 then CS3. Now I upgraded to CS4 and it doesn't work any more. I placed the IM-Avisynth.prm file in the \Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore directory and Premiere does list it in the splash screen, but .avs files are not available for import from the program and if I try to import an .avs file using the "Show all files" option in the import file dialog, Premiere throws an error about not being able to recognize the file format. Any suggestions? Thanks --- Relevant excerpt from the Plugin Loading.log file: Code:
Loading D:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore\IM-Avisynth.prm Loading from disk... No loaders recognized this plugin, so the plugin is set to Ignore. Relevant excerpt from the Importer Process Plugin Loading.log file: Code:
Loading D:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore\IM-Avisynth.prm Loading from disk... This plugin was recognized by loader ba1058cd-0007-44e4-bf1a-0ef51307b979. |

Any news on linking CS4 export to AVISynth?
I really need to link premiere exports to AVISynth; been using Debugmode Frameserver till CS3. I'm willing to use CS4 mainly due to new HD foprmat support and other stuff but this new export system that links everything to de Adobe media encoder is killing me (like the render queing option though), mainly because I can't find a way to link to AVISynth yet. If someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated.

Ehm, that's for importing.
I am hopelessly looking for an updated version of the export plugin but the original ancient plugin does not work with later versions of Premiere. (got here through search.)

Wow, I thought it wasn't updated since WinMorph was invented and I totally forgot about it. Thanks!

I haven't tested it yet, but I run CS3. Know anything about that?
It just sais 'Premiere Pro' but Pro has come a long way before CS.

Who is active about it? We have CS5 now, we have 64bit now.
Hey, since Premiere and AE are finally working as 64bit applications,
how much work is a new import/export plugIN for avisynth scripts setup freshly for CS5? And, by the way, who is indeed familiar with the code anyway? |
