Change Speed of Video Clips

Just the other day a friend (who is a musician) asked me how he could change the speed of a clip and save the changes to a new file. He does have a player software which can change playback speed, but he wanted to save the changes.

I did not find any free software which would do this, so I made a small tool for this purpose.

Quote:
ChangeSpeed
----------------------------------------------------------------

Changes the playback speed of input clips and saves the new clip
as a file with AVC video and AAC audio. Supported containers include
MP4 (M4V), MKV, FLV and MOV.

Requirements:
AviSynth (or AVS+) plus a DirectShow decoder and splitter package.
LAV Filters is recommended, but ffdshow plus Haali splitter should also work.

Installation:
Just extract the files from the root folder of the archive into a folder of your choice (DO NOT use a folder which is protected by Windows so it does not have write permission). Extract the files from the "Avisynth Plugins" folder into your AviSynth autoload folder.

Usage:
START.exe [input file(s)]
You can also drag and drop or copy and paste one or several file(s) on the START.bat file.

Advanced:
You can specify advanced options by editing the file "ChangeSpeed.ini".
Everything should be self-explanatory.

Note:
There is no error handling for the INI file. If you enter nonsense
then you will get unpredictable results...
It uses MediaInfo and ffmpeg, AviSynth (or AVS+ 32-bit) and a DirectShow filter package are required.

Maybe it can be useful for some of you folks, get it here:
