One audio is louder than another

Well...I am using audacity for audio editing and I am still just a newbie and new to this software.

However, I have two audios, one of which is louder than another. And now I would like to edit the louder audio and enable it to have the same pitch, same volume of the other one. SO how can I do that?

Look for normalize functions - pick a volume that suits your needs e.g. 90% and normalize both your audio tracks to that level.
For pitch correction I'm not so sure but there is tempo change IIRC.

Note that in Audacity you should probably use the Amplify function to normalize, unless you have a specific reason not to. The Normalize function treats each channel separately.

So by using Amplify function to do the normalization, the result will be that all the audios have the same volume and pitch?

Amplification manipulates the volume only, it has nothing to do with pitch/tempo/sample rate at all.

Ok get it.

Well...You are using audacity too right Kypec? When I tried amplifying the volume during the process of joining or combining the audios, do I select the all parts of the audio to amplify or just a portion of it? I doubt we have to select all parts of the audio.

In addition to this, when you click on the amplify thing, a pop-up appears, and there is a preview, next to it is the check box named clipping and then there are also two sliders that we could adjust and then something called Dib...What are these?
