MeGUI MJpeg to Mp4 problem in One-Click mode.
Hello y'all.
I was using MeGUI to convert my Camera recordings (mjpeg MOVs) to mp4 but after some updates One-Click mode doesn't deal with it anymore. It used to make 4 jobs in the queue: indexing, audio encode, video encode, and muxing. But now it makes: "mkvmerge mux", "mkvextract ext", "indexing", and "oneclick" job. And the first one doesn't even finish and reports error. I don't know what changed, and how to get it back working. It's still working fine in the manual process, but it takes too much time for me with several files i got to convert. Appreciate any help.

Please use the created MKV from MeGUI:
D:\2012-11\ie20n33w.45y\MVI_2909.mkv This way various files (mp4, avi, ...) can be demuxed resulting in stream copy or better video/audio encoding support. In your case MKVMerge seems to be able to handle this file but as a warning is shown MeGUI cannot proceed. |

Ok then: it works fine with that file, but an encoded mp4 is corrupted - audio is chopped and unsynced..
How can I force it to do the process old way, without mkvmerge?
