In order to Demux m2ts video track, which one is better, tsMuxeR or eac3to?

I need demux raw h264 from m2ts for muxing mkv container, which one is better, tsMuxeR or eac3to?

From my experience, the sizes are different for the output files from tsMuxeR and eac3to.

Also, does anyone know the impact of the options "insertSEI" and "contSPS" in tsMuxeR?

Remember rule 12 of this forum:

"...Do not ask "what's best" because this question cannot be answered objectively. Each and everyone has their own view about what's best in a certain area. The best is what works best for you!"

Then please ask, and answers, about differences between methods.

For instance, eac3to can export the track directly to mkv container, then some m2ts container data can be transferred to mkv container.
But I don't know the differences between both methods extracting raw h264.

About "insertSEI" and "contSPS", read http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=142559
I'm not sure but seems referred to convert mkv h264 stream to m2ts container, and not the inverse like you want.

I disagree, eac3to is better cause it never destruct any information from original file. Nonetheless, tsmuxer is more 'easy'.
