Been using DVDShrink w/ Nero for years is there something better?

All I do is rip and burn DVDs and I have been ussing DVD shrink to rip them and Nero to burn them (or sometimes DVD Decrypter) and I feel like this has to be an antiquated process by now. What should I be using to do this simple proces. I like the way I do it now because I have two DVD drives so it I read with one and write with the other. Is there anything faster? Or, maybe one program that does both the functions? Maybe a bit more streamlined? Thanks

I would certainly add multishrink and the imgburn hack so that you can rip & burn multiple discs in a row. Both progs should be in my sig.

It's a hacked version of DvdShrink that allows burning with ImgBurn.
